Catherine Kennedy – Biography
I was born in the West Coast of Scotland, and moved to the City of Glasgow and then to Ayrshire. I have also lived in Italy and Spain. For the past fifteen years I have lived in Cupar, Fife, a few miles from St Andrews, the home of golf and of St Andrews University – the oldest in Scotland.
My years of secondary education were spent at Dumbarton Academy, and a few years ago I completed two Italian courses at Dundee University.
My reason for writing ‘Who Said No One Has Ever Come Back To Tell Us?’ is to help people to understand that our soul, our essential self really does not die, but lives on in the other dimension that we call heaven, that a ‘great cloud of witnesses’ is all around us, and that they can talk to us from the world of spirit. I also want to show that this is perfectly natural, and not at all scary or spooky.
I am a great believer in using natural remedies wherever possible, and have often suggested these to people who have come to me for spiritual healing. I have also completed courses in reflexology and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
From quite a young age I have been aware of having my healing ability, and have used this to help people over the years. Spiritual healing has occupied a very big place in my life.
After marriage to my Italian husband Antonio, we ran a coffee shop and confectionary in Glasgow, importing hand-made chocolates. A few years later we moved to Largs, Ayrshire, where Antonio had his own restaurant. I opened my own fashion shop, selling it fourteen years later when our daughter Victoria was born. We then moved to South Ayrshire, where I opened a guest house. Constant contact with the public through my businesses gave me many opportunities to use my healing gift.
When we moved to the East Coast of Scotland, I became an active member of a local church, where I served as a eucharistic minister and also became a lay member of the Franciscan Order.
‘Who Said No One Has Ever Come Back To Tell Us?’ is my first book, and draws on my life-long experiences of spirit communication. My work continues, and I intend to write a second book in which I will describe more of my wonderful spiritual experiences.
